Applying online is easy! Visit our floor plans page to view available units. Choose the apartment you’re interested in and navigate to the application to submit your information.

How do I make a maintenance request?

We strive to answer each and every maintenance request as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team of experienced technicians work hard to ensure everything in your apartment is functioning properly. Making a maintenance request is as easy as signing into your Resident Service Portal to detail your issue. You can then track the progress of your requests in the portal and easily communicate with our leasing staff.

What is the pet policy?

Pets allowed with specific requirements. Please contact our leasing office for more details.

How do I pay rent?

At Granite Heights it’s easy to pay rent through our online Resident Service Portal.
